Emergency Communication is available 24/7 and is immediately forwarded to the other party.

To Start a New Emergency Conversation:

Communication > Mobile or Desktop View > Conversations or Communications > Emergency

To Respond to an Emergency Conversation:

Communication > Mobile or Desktop View > Conversations or Communications > Emergency > Select an Active Emergency Conversation

OR

Communication > Mobile or Dekstop View > Conversations or Communications > Subject > Respond

Emergency Conversations automatically expire 24 hours from the start of the conversation.

Emergency Communication requires the authorization of both parties. By default, emergency communication is enabled. See how to enable or disable the feature by going to the tutorial located under My Info > Account.

The Emergency Communication is enabled by default.
