Review Action

Report

What is a Review Action Report?

It is the report that is generated for every reviewed communication. When the communication is submitted, it is reviewed for compliance with the Communication Guidelines. If the communication complies with the Guidelines, it will be “Accepted”. If the communication does not comply with the Guidelines, it will be either “Revised” or “Rejected’.

The Review Action Report includes the Submitted and Forwarded communication, Review Comments, and Review Codes.

Here are the general instructions to open a Review Action Report:

  • Select on the Review Action (Accepted, Revised, or Rejected) which will open the Review Action Report.

  • If you are looking at the other party’s entries, limited information will be provided. At the very bottom of the report, there is an option to “Unlock” the full report for Revised or Rejected with your credits.

  • If you are looking at your entries, the full Review Action Report is provided for all the review actions (Accepted, Revised, or Rejected).

There are two locations to View a Review Action Report:

1) Tools > Analytics > Pie Chart

  • The pie chart on the left is your pie chart, the other party’s pie chart is on the right.

  • The pie charts include the Accepted, Revised, and Rejected communications for each party.

  • Select a slice of either pie to bring up a list of the respective entries.

2) Communication > Conversations or Communications > Subject > Conversation Thread > Review Action

  • Select on the Review Action (Accepted, Revised, or Rejected).

  • Follow the general instructions above on how to open a Review Action Report.
