Select the sub-category to view all communications with the same sub-category.
This will display a conversation thread by sub-category.
Conversation Thread
Selecting the sub-category will automatically set the filter to display all communication with that same sub-category.
Category
Select the Category to view all the communication with the same category.
This will display a conversation thread by category.

This is an advanced filter that includes a specific date, time, or date range.
