Monitored Calls

Additions > Calls/Video

• Select a date/time from the calendar.

• Pay for the monitored call.

• A call/video link will be emailed to you.

• The monitored call can be just a call or call with video.

• The call is recorded. The recording is provided to you via a Dropbox shared link.

• Rules for the call can be established in advance.

• Calls can be between the parties or parent and child.

• Discrete monitoring for children. They are not aware the call is being monitored.

• If the rules are not followed, the party is muted or sent to a break-out room.

• Direct chat is used to keep the conversation on the topic, and rule reminders.

• The call ends at the scheduled time which avoids an awkward “time to hang up” reminder.
