Monitoring Hours
Monday - Sunday
8 am - 8 pm

Monitoring hours are 8 am to 8 pm, according to the time zone of the intended recipient.

Communication submitted after hours will be forwarded the next morning.

After Hours Communication: It is fine if you submit reviewed communication after hours. It will be added to the review queue in the order it was received. If you submit a communication after hours, make sure your communication does not include words such as “today” or “tomorrow” which may be confusing if you have considered the communication will not be sent the next morning. If these words are included in the communication, they are typically redacted by the review team since they may be unclear.

Outside of the monitoring hours, a subscriber is able to view communication and create new messages and responses 24/7. Messages or responses submitted outside of the monitoring hours will remain in the review queue until the operating hours.

As a courtesy to the other party, please observe the same hours when sending pre-written responses or coaching approved communication since they will be immediately forwarded to the other party. In addition, many of the features also send an email notification, i.e., Library, Calendar, Expenses, and Account Authorizations (Emergency, Legal, Unmonitored).

If you are composing communication or working on features after hours, consider using the “Draft” feature and send it the next day, i.e., New Conversation, Response, Calendar New Events (save to My Calendar), Expenses, Library, etc.
