Options

Options are included on both the New Conversation and Respond forms.

Coaching:
Select Coaching for a communication coach to help you with your communication. If the communication does not comply with the Guidelines, it will be returned to you as a draft with comments and a suggested communication.

Time-Sensitive:
Select Time-Sensitive for priority handling. Your communication will be advanced to the top of the review queue.
1 additional credit

Confidential:
Select Confidential if this is s sensitive communication that should not be transmitted by email.
The other party will receive a secure email notification.

Draft:
Select Draft to save the communication to edit or send at a later time.

Each subscription includes 30 credits.
